These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 330k. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on the platform. By accessing 330k, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
330k's terms are designed to protect all registered players with clear rules, transparent bonus conditions, and a fair dispute resolution process.
All financial transactions on 330k are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Deposit and withdrawal rules are stated plainly — no hidden conditions.
Every game offered on 330k uses independently verified random number generation. RTP values are published and not manipulated on a per-session basis.
Definitions
The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 330k, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party or a business entity.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from 330k or had an account closed for a terms violation, unless 330k has formally reinstated your eligibility in writing.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 330k or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You are acting in your own personal capacity for entertainment purposes and are not using the platform to launder funds or finance any unlawful activity.
Age Verification
330k reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be withheld and account access suspended pending satisfactory completion of age verification. If a player is found to have provided false information regarding their age, any winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
Geographic Scope
330k's primary target market is Bangladesh. Players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other districts across the eight divisions of Bangladesh are welcome to register and play. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using an online gambling platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their specific location.
Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on the 330k platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device configurations — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple accounts are detected, 330k reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
Registration Information
When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, country of residence, valid mobile number, and a unique email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes. 330k is not liable for any failure to deliver important account communications resulting from outdated contact information held on your account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 330k strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all registered players from within the account security settings. You must notify 330k immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 330k will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or have shared your login credentials with a third party.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
330k operates a Know Your Customer process in line with responsible platform management practices. At any stage — particularly before processing a significant withdrawal — 330k may require you to submit identity verification documents. These may include:
- A copy of your national identity card (NID) or passport
- Proof of your registered mobile wallet ownership (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirmation)
- Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
- A selfie photograph holding your identity document
Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by 330k may result in temporary account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal functionality, until the process is satisfactorily completed.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 330k are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 330k does not accept foreign currency deposits, and all account balances are maintained and displayed in BDT at all times.
Deposits
330k supports the following deposit methods for players in Bangladesh:
- bKash — minimum deposit ৳200, credited instantly upon confirmation
- Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200, credited instantly upon confirmation
- Rocket — minimum deposit ৳200, credited instantly upon confirmation
- Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, credited instantly upon confirmation
- Visa / Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500, typically credited within 1–5 minutes
- Dutch-Bangla Bank / BRAC Bank — minimum deposit ৳500, typically credited within 5–15 minutes
330k does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any charges applied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are outside 330k's control and are your responsibility. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and returned. Only funds originating from legitimate personal sources are accepted.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. 330k targets the following withdrawal processing timelines for verified accounts:
- bKash / Nagad — typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes, around the clock
- Rocket / Upay — typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes
- Visa / Mastercard / Bank Transfer — typically processed within 1 to 6 hours during BST business hours
These processing times are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of exceptionally high volume, during system maintenance windows, or where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced KYC review. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all payment methods. 330k does not charge a withdrawal fee; any fees applied by the receiving payment provider are outside 330k's control.
Bonuses & Promotions
330k offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on all 330k bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for each promotion. Unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being voided.
- Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus. Claiming a welcome bonus via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
- 330k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion and met the qualifying conditions will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the 330k platform.
- Contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the individual promotion terms.
VIP & Loyalty Programme
330k operates a tiered loyalty programme for high-value players. VIP tier eligibility, benefits, and progression rules are governed by the separate VIP Programme Terms made available to qualifying players through the 330k account dashboard. VIP status may be reviewed and adjusted by 330k at quarterly intervals based on recent account activity. 330k is under no obligation to maintain a player's VIP tier status if their activity level falls below the qualifying threshold for that tier.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 330k platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, Plinko, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface or help section. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules take precedence for matters specific to that game, while these Terms & Conditions govern all account-level and platform-level matters.
Random Number Generation
All casino games on 330k use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG certification ensures that each game outcome is statistically independent of previous outcomes and is not influenced by bet size, player history, or any other external variable. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent mathematically verified long-run averages, not guaranteed per-session outcomes.
Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on 330k — covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the 330k Sportsbook Rules document, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. Key general principles include:
- Bets are only valid once confirmed and accepted by the 330k system. A bet displayed as "Pending" has not yet been accepted and may be refused if odds change before confirmation.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement beyond 12 hours from the scheduled start, or a venue change not sanctioned by the relevant governing body, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless alternative rules are stated in the specific market.
- Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to account for data transmission latency. 330k reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event has already been determined.
- Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will be voided. A price more than 50% below the fair market price at the time of acceptance constitutes a palpable error for the purposes of this rule.
Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server outages, disconnections, game software errors, or data feed failures — 330k reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. No claim for compensation beyond a stake refund will be considered where a malfunction voids a round or bet.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the 330k platform you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, honest, and respectful of other players and of the platform itself. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of detection:
Use of bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, arbitrage software, or any automated mechanism to place or manage bets on the platform without human input is strictly forbidden.
Colluding with other players, coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes, or having any involvement in match-fixing or spot-fixing of sporting events is a criminal offence and a severe breach of these terms.
Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional loopholes, reverse-engineering bonus conditions, or any other systematic manipulation of 330k's promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse.
Using the 330k platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin or legitimising proceeds of criminal activity is a serious criminal offence under Bangladeshi law.
Additional prohibited conduct includes:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
- Allowing or facilitating a third party to access or operate your 330k account
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or RNG vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after placing wagers that have been settled
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 330k support staff or other players via any communication channel
- Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling
330k employs fraud detection systems, player behaviour analytics, and payment monitoring tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, 330k will act without prior notice and may report relevant activity to applicable financial crime authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may close the account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your 330k account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, 330k will confirm your identity and advise on the status of any remaining balance, active bonuses, and pending withdrawal requests. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Active bonus balances will be voided on account closure.
Voluntary Self-Exclusion
Players who believe gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a voluntary self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods available are: one week, one month, three months, six months, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reactivated at the player's own request — reinstatement after a time-limited exclusion requires a formal review with the 330k responsible gaming team once the exclusion period has naturally elapsed. Requests for self-exclusion are processed within one working hour of receipt and are effective immediately. Suspension or Closure by 330k
330k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering behaviour
- Receipt of a chargeback dispute from your payment provider
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
- Any other circumstance in which continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 330k
Where an account is closed by 330k for a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no terms violation occurred, the balance will be returned within 14 days. If a violation is confirmed, the balance will be forfeited.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal. 330k will send a reminder notification to the registered email address after 9 months of inactivity. After 12 months, a dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from any remaining balance. No fee will be charged if the balance reaches zero; the account will simply remain inactive. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a brief KYC refresh.
330k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a platform notification no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
